Ask about your data
Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion of anything you cannot remove yourself. We reply within 30 days.
You may not need to ask
- Preferences, saved dates and favourites can be seen and changed in your account.
- “Delete my account” on the Account page removes your account and everything in it straight away.
- Every email letter has an unsubscribe link.
If someone saved your details
If you think another person has saved your name or birthday on FreeWishes and you want it removed, tell us who and we will look into it.
