Delete your account

How to delete it

• Sign in and open Account.
• Scroll to “Your data” and choose “Delete my account”.
• Confirm. You are signed out and the account is removed.

What is removed

• Your profile and preferences.
• Every date, person and reminder you saved.
• Your favourites, boards and any shared board links.
• Your family link and calendar link, which stop working.
• Your sign-in.

What is not removed automatically

• Your place on the email list, if you joined it: use the unsubscribe link in any letter, or ask us to remove you.
• Messages you sent us through the contact forms, which we keep for up to 24 months.

Cannot sign in?

If you cannot get into the account, send a data request from the email address the account uses and we will delete it for you.
